.15 acrobatic scratch build plane !
Want to share with you guys my latest project I build from scratch,it ' s a Kaos with a magnum .15 XLS
set up is : APC 7/5 , five HX 900 servos, MACS tuned pipe , carbonfiberpush rods, 4 oz fuel tank.
It's covered with transparent blue ultracote & monokote, foam wings and fuse was build with 3/32 balsa.
Pictures show the plane before I changed propeller and standard muffler, now this lil monster turns at 21,200 rpms and is a nice predictable plane just like the original one.
If any of you would like to have the plans just send a pm, enjoy.

Were the plans you used in CADformat?
I only ask because I have a file called cadkaos15, but just by looking at the file itself, you'd never know such a fantastic plane could be finished from it.
I gotta stop reading RCU, I'd never be able to build and fly even a quarter of the beautiful models everyone posts up, even if Ispent the rest of my life in the workshop with a balsa plantation at my disposal.
Kudos,
-Mitchell

I built a Bridi 4-20 in the late 70's that looked like that, maybe a little more Dirty Bridy looking though. Can't say how it flew, I wasn't very good and it didn't last very long.[X(]
