I would like to know what everybody means when they say 2/3 or 5/4 battery packs

Status: offline 		I don't think I've heard anyone talk about 2/3 or 5/4 battery packs unless you're talking about battery designations like 2/3SCR or 4/5FAUP ? In that case it is the physical cell size e.g. 2/3rds the height of a standard SC size cell.
