Status: offline 		can anyone tell me anything about this engine? i found it at my grandmothers house and would like to get it running,

it had "cleveland" and "tom thumb" on the front

Status: offline 		It is a 1938 engine & is a .488 displacement . Should be worth in the $300.00 range . Sell it & buy a new one or put it on a shelf . Good luck , MAX H.

Status: offline 		A mixture of 1 parts 70 weight motor oil to 3 parts Colman fuel . You also need a coil ,condencer ,battery box & a old modeler to help you .Don't try to run it on glow fuel with a glow plug . Won't take it . MAX H.
