I went to sign up for my membership tonight and just left disappointed...
First, other than access to events and a forum, is there any REAL advantage to a
member ship?
On the first page it offers a Family membership for $27.50. Ok, says I; I have
the wife and twins and want to include everyone in this. So I clicked on the
link to sign up and suddenly the price of membership has jumped to $35.00 for a
family, and on top there's a $5.00 'Convenience Fee' and a $2.50 processing fee.
Then they want another $10.00 so my magazine will get here faster...
So if I want to wait for my magazine 4-6 weeks, I'm only up to $42.50 for a
$27.50 AMYA membership.
I'm going to have to think about this one...
