hi all.
i have 2 hs81 servos that buzz and when you use the stick,say 1/2 rudde it will move by it self.been in no crash and are like new.about 5minutes total use on them.

I'd check your linkages for binding. Try disconnecting the pushrods entirely and see if the buzzing continues. Also, check the receiver voltage supplied by the BEC. It should measure about 5 volts and should not vary as the servos are exercised. If you connect an ammeter between your battery and the ESC, you can measure the current demanded by all the electronics if you don't throttle the motor. You should be able to observe a very low resting current (perhaps 40 - 90 ma) which will spike up to perhaps 150 - 300 ma as the servos are exercised. If you see a lot more than that, something is probably overloaded. I wouldn't attempt flight until any erratic servo operation is resolved.
