Status: offline 		This is a link to the BBB for Xheli.com. They have BBB accreditation now and a improved rating of C instead of old F rating. To me it look like a 180 turn around of Xheli's business management. They are trying to make it a better place with better customer support. I just made my 1st purchase from them last week and will see what happens. Just thought I would share for all the ppl interested or Xheli haters

If you're out flying in a big open field and see a cowpie with pretty flowers growing out of it, don't step in it.  It's still just a cowpie.

Status: online 		They don't have a C rating, they have a C-.  That's just a little better than a D.  Going from F to just a little better than a D is NOT a 180 degree turnaround.  It's more like a shifty eyed glance to the side.

Status: offline 		And your right they NOW have a C- rating!  All I'm trying to say is people should bash companies if they burn you fine don't do business with them again if someone asks your "opinion" feel free to share but there is no reason to continually bash and trash the place.  Yesterday I got my EXI from them without incident and within said shipping time frame and was very satisfied and would buy from them again.

Ummm - You started this thread.  Did somebody ask YOUR oppinion? 
The fact that one positive comment got so many negative reactions should tell you something about them.  I've posted several positive  comments about USHobbySupply, and never seen a negative reaction - never!
I honestly hope they do turn over a new leaf.  But it's gonna take a bit more than going from an F to a little better than a D to convince me.

Status: offline 		I get all my esky parts from Michael and have done some advertising for him at Efest 2009 because he does a great job and USHobbySupply is one of the best shops and customer service is pretty much unbeatable.

Nope no pitch gauge BUT I got Fiberglass blades instead of plastics that was advertised.
