 I have the Bud bottle muffler and have strapped it on th e the macks header however time and time again it comes off the silcon tube provide any suggestions?

Roughen up the lip of the can and use automotive gasket glue to secure the silicone coupler in place.  Use two strong sip ties as well.  Be sure to clean the parts well with alchohol first though.

We only have the bud pipes for the OS 160 right now. I've seen a couple made for the .91 or 1.20 engines and they worked extremely well. Team OMP pilot Jeff Obermeyer down in Cincinnatti made a really nice one a couple years back for his .91 and it worked well. I beleive he used 1 1/4 bud cans and built it the same way as the larger ones. Probably need a 5/16" stinger pipe for the exhaust.
