Hello;  I have a Mark's Models kit for a 53" mustang, it doesn't say "fun scale" on it anywhere, so I think it might be an earlier one.  It says on the box that it includes a 12 page instruction booklet.  I need that booklet.

I suppose I can figure it all out by myself, but I know that if I get the building sequence wrong, I'll have to do more work then nesessary, and maybe carve up work that I have olready done, and I don't want that.

If anyone has any help on this it would save me future embarrassment.

I just read over what I had typed and I realize that I didn't make very clear that I have the Kit not the plane.  I would like to get a start on the plane.

Any chance you could post a picture of the kit and the specs in the Mark's Models thread in this forum ?

Is that a built-up wing or foam core ? the 40 size Fun Scale id Build-up with a 51" span but unsure of the 60 size actual specs.
And I think the Jemco/Marks Mustang may be closer to your kit, but I belive it had a foam core wing.

Check with himikiller on a manual, maybe he can help you find one ???

Hello;  Here goes!  Would you believe it took 1.5 hours to figure out the photo program that came with my new camera.  I still don't know if it took.

There is a Jemco Canopy listed in the RCU Market, Search ALL (posted Dates) Uncheck  Titles Only and use Jemco as search term.

Thanks for the Effort with the pics, and posting also to the Marks Models History

Will keep looking for a Manual.

Dan,

My FS P-51 kit is a built up wing version - not sure if anything is the same. There is no "manual" per-se, but a set of instructions with diagrams on the wing plan.

Keep in mind when looking for a canopy - there was a 51", which was the .19~.40 size, and the 54" that was .40~.60.
