so i got a duratrax thunder quake from my friend and i started it up and it runs wide open so i thought it could be my throttle trim so i just it and restart same thing happens then i get the manual and adjust the idle speed it doesn't help any at all then i started it without turning the recievers or anything on and it idled fine so i turned the reciever and transmitter on and runs wide open again i need help i really want this truck running!

Welcome to RCU. Try it with th radio on and the truck off. You may have to reverse the throttle switch on ther transmitter to get it to idle position and then full throttle position when it is supposed to be.

but now it's all sluggish i got to tune the engine what a drag i hate this part of running nitro rc's haha

That's why I sold my TQ and my other nitros haven't turned a wheel for 2-3 years.

Yeah i give up on my TQ it won't tune right it just starts and idles and turns off when ever i give it any throttle at all...any suggestions??
