Hi Everyone,

I have the 52" (?) Fusion profile. In KE, it couples to the canopy very strongly...is this normal and should I just mix it out? Motor is OS 46AX, 12x5 apc prop.

Thanks,

Ray, BRCM

Not normal at all. The Fusions are vitually zero coupling and one of the best KE planes to have. You have something really wrong. Check you CG and also make sure your ailerons are totally nuetral at center. If the plane is setup really nose heavy then you are probably carrying some significant up trim and thus the pull to the canopy on KE.

Thanks, I do carry some up ele, where should CG be? In inverted, ineed a fair bit of push stick, so I'm likely nose heavy.

Correct, if you are carrying up elevator then it is most likely because you are nose heavy to begin with. And you need to push down elevator a lot when inverted then you are definately nose heavy. So when you are on KE then the up elevator is pulling the plane to the canopy. Get your CG fixed and the coupling will go away.
