Here's a pic and video long to my upgraded KV1 airsoft cannon.

I took a tightbore madbull barrel lathed to look like the KV1 (also I added a brass ring at the end of the barrel) You can see how hard it shoots. I now have a worthy opponent to battle my german armor

Not sure if I'm going to sell it soon but you will see it sitting in the hobby shop soon once I get it detailed . Let me know if you want me to upgrade a gun on one of your tanks. (question, is this Barry?)

I agree, this is a hard hitter (took several attempts to get it just right though) Because of the shortness of the barrel its probably close to the optimal length for max velocity. It was shooting well over 150 feet today.

looks good! I was really excited about the KV-1 because it is the only tank where the big airsoft barrel looks normal.

I had a spare Panzer III barrel I had lathed so I cut several cms off the tapered end an a couple off the other end and it was pretty much identical to the stock barrel. You could probably get away with just having a straight barrel, so it would be an easy mod for the cannon. Just cut a piece of madbull or prometheus 6.03mm inner diameter tightbore and replace the stock barrel. Add that to an upgraded gun and you will have a real tiger killer

Hey John

I was kidding, I dont want the KV1 back quite so soon, I have`nt even dusted off the shelf where it was lol but I will definately be checking out your detail job at the hobby shop. And absolutely, that would be great if you could up gun either the PzrIII or PzrIIIH, whichever would be easier for you.

Nice work as usual both on the gun and the aesthetics.
