I have an old traxxas nitro vee that always had that Pro .15 (POS) that never quite ran right. I'm looking for a project to do this summer and was wondering what type of aftermarket engine others (if anyone) had put into it. Im not looking for extreme speed, Im just looking for it to be a reliable engine.

Status: offline 		I bought a new .12 NovaRossi marine engine this winter and have been running it in a rigger this summer.

I LOVE the engine.... 1) it starts reliably (I'm racing this yr and we only have 2 min to fire them up or you dont get to race.... engine hasnt failed me yet); 2) I've only gone thru 2 maybe 3 plugs over the course of 2/3 gal of 60% fuel; 3) it goes faster than my driving skills now (in the 50's); and the price is good (@$155-165).

I want to convert my .15 Miss Bud over to accomodate my .12.... might sound weird to you that a .12 can be faster than a .15, but it ISNT all about displacement!
