If anybody out there also owns the Xtreme carbon fiber frame, please share your thoughts and experiences ...

I know it is heavy, rigid, beautiful and EXPENSIVE - but if anyone with better piloting abilities than my own (which are still very basic) owns this piece of heli art, I would appreciate any input

Status: offline 		if you're thinking about just upgrading the frame, i don't have any experience with doing that...i suppose you'll still be flying with some of the 'rubberyness' of the oem heli...however, if you tighten everything up w/ metal swash, ball links, cf blades, hs-45 servos, matched hh gyro/tail servo, etc., etc...the transformed hbk2 will fly almost as good as a gaui200 or trex450...imho, if you get the cf frame and start upgrading the rest of the stuff, it's a nice and expensive exercise, but a more practical road is to fly the heck outa the oem, and move up to bigger heli...here's a pic of mine...ken

Status: offline 		Sorry for my being very indistinct in the headline ... the carbon frame I am asking about is the one that Xtreme productions sells for the Lama4, for example at miracle-mart.
