Check the battery on your stick, or make sure it is charged fully, I had this problem only to find the batteries on my glow stick low. Try it.

Remove the glow plug, place it in the glow stick, see if it is cherry red, some glow plugs go bad even new ones. I use 20% fuel.

I apologize on his behalf lol.

You say its not turning over, which means the engine isn't rotating. I'm assuming you are using the EZ start system so here are some possibilities for starters:

1. Engine may be flooded and hydrolocked- This happens when you prime the engine too much and it locks up with fuel. Remove glow plug and spin the engine with the EZ start while holding the truck upside down.

2. Engine may have too much compression- Loosen the glow plug a quarter/ half a turn, even better if you have a heat gun and you can heat the engine up some too loosen it.

3. Engine may have internal damage or blockage in it- Take engine apart and check if it spins freely.

First just check if its flooded, if not then take it apart and see what the issue is.

Tom.
