I ordered a peaks biplane (red). I have numerous problems. The rudder is warped, the elevators are warped, the spring attachment points on the verticle stabilizer broke while the airplane was sitting on my table. there were 2 screws missing for the cabane struts. the 2 screws for the spinner were missing. In addition, before the first flight, the transmitter was inadvertently turned off and the throttle went to full, ingesting the batter hatch. The airplane will not fly straight because of the warps. I tried to order the battery hatch but was told to order the entire fuselage (apprx 36 dollars). I need to have some kind of resolution here. I am not going to pay for a fuselage when I just need a battery hatch and would appreciate replacement parts for the warped parts I received.
In addition, the pilot was floating around the cockpit on shipment arrival. 
Ibought this airplane in good faith ( my first Nitro purchase) and do not have a flyable airplane. I have made several requests to sales and parts and can't get a response.

Status: offline 		I just want to make sure, the only parts that you receiver is the elevators, rudder, and battery hatch correct? We're you able to source those missing screws or do you need those too?

Let me check with my parts department to see if they have a extra battery hatch that I can send you. The rudder and elevator I have right now. I'll get back to you asap. 

Update so I have the battery hatch, I'll have it sent out with the rudder and elevator.

Status: offline 		As of 12/21 I have received the spring set and a battery hatch. It was my understanding that you were going to ship a rudder/elevator combination. This I have not received. As I mentioned, the rudder is severely warped and the airplane will not fly straight. The elevator is warped as well and I need a replacement in order to be able to attach the spring braces.

Status: offline 		I received that stabilizer and rudder. Unfortunately they are warped as well. the rudder is slightly better than the original but the stab is unusable.
Any suggestions. I still don't have a flyable airplane.

Status: offline 		I'll have to have the parts department check if they have another elevator that they can send you, if the one that you received is warped the chances are that the others are too. I'll also inform the factory to about the issue. Are you able to use a little bit of heat to get the piece straight again?

If you have a straight one to send me, I would appreciate it. The rudder did straighten out with heat so we are good there. Thanks again, I do appreciate your help.

Ok let me go and check and look through all the elevators and see if I can find one that isn't warped. 

Update: So I went and got another elevator to send out. This elevator is pretty much one of the best out of the bunch. It looks like the tips has a very slight upward bend. I showed it to our piliot Antonio and he said it's as straight as it can be, since it's made of foam it can't always be perfect but it won't affect the flight of the plane.

Status: offline 		RTCharlie, This is Slamn Sammy! I need a canopy for a 71" CMP Chipmunk, also could us a cowl, BUT! At best I can repair the cowl. I had a Inverted Hick-Up! BUT! I do need a canopy. I usted to find them on the (parts listing) on the Nitro Web site, Not there any more?? Can you run one down for me. If you can find one,and ck, on a clow to. and we will see! I will buy it. Just till me how to get it. I'm Having a time singing in at Nitro?? Can not figer out what's up with that? Thank You ':~/ Sambo P.S. i found the canopy on the Nitro sight, Finley and there out of stock and I did not see a place for them to e-mail me when it come's in. Can you head this off for me I need the canopy at least! Thanks.

Status: offline 		Charlie. Do you know any thing about the Fuselage, on the CMP 100cc Su26 yet? I have already looked on the Nitro site and the Cowl and the Canopy for the 71" 90-120 Chipmunk. Is out of stock! And It don't have a place for them to E-Mail me, When an Backorder part come's in. That would be a good tool for them to have! I guess, thats what this site is all about. I wonder If some one out there has some parts for the CMP 71" chipmunk? I need a canopy, Cowl and I could use a Fuselage and Cowl for the 100cc CMP Su26??
