Also need Info on how to Program Guanli Brushless ESC 20A..

I've got a couple of the Exceed J3 Cubs and could use a couple fuselages. I don't think they've ever been in stock. I understand that this kind of part can be hard to get since Exceed doesn't actually make it either and I know you guys would love to fill all the orders for these that you must be getting. Probably frustrating for you, too.
Anyway, I've got one damaged beyond repair and one with just a little crack that's hardly noticeable and still flying great. I've got my money's worth out of these planes, but I'd just like to know if I should move on and forget about replacing the fuselages.
Do you think you'll ever be able to get them?

I just used super glue and some toothpicks for added strength when I broke the tail. For even more strength, I added clear packing tape to the outside of the repair. It's very strong. I later broke the nose off and haven't tried to fix it because I have 2 of these. I've learned to never fly 2 planes with 27mHz radios at the same time even when they're on different channels.

Okay thanks. I'll try some super glue to see if it will work, the nose on the plane snapped and I just wasn't sure if it would fly right if I simply glued it.

1 Upgraded 4-CH A-10 Thunderbolt 2 RC  w/ Dual Brushless Motor & ESC+ LiPo Battery 100% RTF Desert Version

Hello.  The wing tip on one side is cracked open.  I need this - GL603 202 A10Desert MainWingSet.

I haven't put it together yet.  I can get a picture if needed.  It seems like all the rest is protected good in the box except this area at the very tip of the wing.  It's actually against the cardboard with no styrofoam.  This was the first purchase through Nitroplanes but we have bought many other items through NitroRCX before. Please advise.

greetings john, i ordered a a-10 on black Friday. just put it together and well what can i say. it will not get off the ground I've done what was suggested in the review you know going lipo and managed to get it off the ground. if i didn't have 20+ years of RC flying under my belt it would have being a disaster. (just wonder how many newbies ordered these, wrecked and will never touch r/c again) any way i need a solution what can i do to fly not 3d but just normal like it's supposed to.
as you know over the years i've purchased 1/2 dozen planes from you and have had good luck with most and when i needed service you were there. hope you can help with this one. thanx, rick rcrick10@yahoo.com

Hello folks. My girlfriend purchased the Mini FPV camera from your website (http://www.nitroplanes.com/mifpvcocaupt.html ) and there are multiple issues with it and we'd like to simply return it. The camera does NOT recharge (when connected to a computer via USB) and the instructions that came along with the camera are very vague at the least. In fact, the camera does not resemble the one you have online (no such HOLD button/slide and no "folder" graphic next to the mini SD card slot). Other issues: the few still pictures I've been able to take are really fuzzy (camera was very still, pics still out of focus-pics were taken indoors and camera was being held by hand very still) and the video recording option does not work at all. When trying the video recording function the blue light blinks about 3 times and then all lights illuminate and the unit then "shuts down" and no longer responds to any button being pressed unless the unit is turned off and the problems start again when unit is turned back on. There was no billing statement (receipt) with the package (so we're unsure as to where this order # starting with "yst" can be found) but we can provide the Paypal transaction I.D. as well as the UPS tracking number and payment information. I'd imagine a business would keep a copy of any recent transactions so I'm sure you folks would have an order number to correspond with this purchase. Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.
D.R.

Date of transaction 12/17/2009
Order # 55829713 (number given from our American Express agent for this purchase)
Paypal transaction I.D. 9DF7429993338911P (our AMEX card is attached to our Paypal account)
UPS Tracking # 1Z X03 V03 12 9407 1432 (the tracking # from the box of which the unit was sent to us)
Ref. ID: 708240 (from the box the camera/recorder was sent in-UPs label)
Paypal account name is lasaa01@yahoo.com

If there is any other information we can provide to help this matter please notify us. My girlfriend's email is lasaa01@yahoo.com and my email address is qmast2002@yahoo.com

p.s. When turning the unit on, the red light (left light on unit) turns red, it turns off and then the middle (center) blue light stays illuminated. When pressing the round button ONCE, the "pinkish" light on the right of the unit blinks once and the blue center light stays illuminated. The above ^ ^ ^ happens when the slider titled [Record/video] is in the video position. Whenever we move the slider to the RECORD function-the right light (which appears orange while slider is moved to RECORD) blinks endlessly. When we move the slider back to the VIDEO position-the blue center light stays illuminated. When I then press the round button for 3-4 seconds (as per the instructions given to record video) the center blue light blinks about 3 times and then (without any input from me) the unit's red (left) center (blue) and right (blue at this time) lights blinks very quickly and then shuts off completely.

If you feel my description above is confusing then just think how even more confusing the "instructions" which came with this unit are. The troubleshooting section does not go into what's happening when the above happens so we are at a lost as to what's going on with this unit. There is no website to reference or company name or anything that leads a person to think what's going on is normal. When hooking the unit to our computer, the only pics that load goes into our Kodak EasyShare program but is not recognized in any other program (i.e. QuickTime player, or Windows Media Player)

We'd like a refund upon unit's return. Again, thanks in advance .

Order Number: 671616. yhst-17210252890263-100882 1 NitroModels RC Airplane Sports Trainer .46- .60 - 65" - Scale Nitro Gas Radio Remote Control Airplane http://www.nitroplanes.com/stevtr.html

I got the motor mounts but all the screws that came with it are to big. None will screw in to the the firewall. Or does the correct hardware for the firewall come with the motor? I have not bought a motor for it yet. The last thing is the plug and hardware that came is stripped out. It will not tighten to seal the gas tank. Thanks. You guys are great, Kevin. P.S. What battery and charger should I buy for the reciever in the plane? I'm set on the tx.

Hi!  I bought the A-10 a few weeks back.  I upgraded the batterywith one of your blue lipo 1300's 11.1v.  I did several test runs on a platform checking motors, power, etc... running 1/2 to 3/4 throttle andall was good.  (Intent not to blister the motors without a gentle breakin.)  My weather today was finally decent enough to attempt the maiden.

However upon running down the runway it appeared tobe very under powered and that's when I noticed the left motor was not spinning.

I changed esc connections to the good motor as a test to rule out the esc/wiring.  Soit appears to only be one motor causing the problem.  Could the motor have been faulty?  (One thing to note is that the center screwdid have to be tightened on one occasion and the fan housing did showsome rubbing.  Not sure if that matters)  Is there a way I can get a replacement motor or would I have to order a new one?

Thanks sincerely in advance for your response.  My order number was 17210252890263+104731+5180453286decc573be4

Sincerely,

loyal customer (Brent)

Looks like we have a similar issue.  :-(  I've tried looking for the replacement A-10 motor since I am not sure where John is. (Hopefully everything is ok) but the site doesnt even allow me an option to add it to my shopping cart.

Is there anyone that can help us on a fried motor?

I went to a 1300 mah 11.1v.  I was sooo careful not just to abuse the throttle.  It worked one moment and as soon as I got it to the runway it died.  There wasnt even a smell as if it burned out.  :-(

I just received my airfield version of the famous 55in. sky trainer and have already found issues!  It didn't come with a 110 volt power adapter for the charger,  it has the wing strut mount on the right wing glued on cockeyed, and also has a loose servo condition on the same wing. I would appreciate prompt service on these issues. If I find anymore issues I will let you know.  Email me @  jeffmcroy@gmail.com to let me know if you are concerned!                 order#724739
