Hi!

I checked the search function, but got no result on it. My problem is as follows: I am trying to programm a Eurofighter model with 2 Servos working as Aileron and Elevator. I chose the Glider programm with Ailvator for those flying surfaces - now, I cannot get the aileron trim to work. The trimming for the Elevator function works properly though.

Can anyone help me out? Flying is really difficult with no Ail trimming

Thanks

Normally, you'd use one of the "Flying Wing" setups. That will combine elevators and ailerons properly, trims and all. Ailevator is intended to use 2 elevator servos in 3D-types of models, where some aileron action is desired. Aileron trim doesn't affect the ailevator function.

Bax, having just done this with a slope model, I found that by far using ailevater was the easiest way to set the throws for each surface, but like above the ail trim doesnt work. I simply used a Pmix with T1 as the master, one of the aileron channels as a slave, turned on the link and gave it a small mix percentage. Works perfectly fine and I have full and easy control over throws.

And that's another way to do it. There are quite a number of ways to do the same thing in the 12FG, 12Z and 14MZ transmitters...they are that versatile!
