I'm probably going to use Eurokit standard trike retracts and now an OS91.

What engine are putting in your hawk?
When will you be flying it?

It says 46 to 60 size.
the engine mout that came with the kit is for a 40-50 size.

Im planing to put a 50 in it.......because it now has the 40 size mount in it.

But a 60 would be better........maybe even a 90 for some real speed :-)

Ill take some pictures later today.

I only passed my solo about three months ago. I came off of my Trainer and a currently on a blackhorse (Graupner) super air with a 46 in it.

I hope the Hawk is stable at slower speeds because I don't know If i'll be ready for the full power from an OS 90!

Can you give any suggestions?

argh....my local server is down at the moment.

60 or a 90.......with a 90, you can allways throttle down :-)

people on RCU say mostly bad things about the OS91 FX. I'll probably still get it but what do you think about it?

You can always email me the pics of the hawk? please

Cheers

May sometime in the future run the exhaust down through the fuz (open up the intakes to give ventilation) and mount the silencer right at the back in the tail pipe. Then add a smoke pump, so that the smoke is comin out of the right place!
Don't know how long you can get these Exhaust flex pipes?

Anyone know?
