Please can I have a picture of the u/c plates of your hawk, with the wheels where they are on the wing?

Also how do I get those wing tip blocks into a nice rounded wing tip? nothing seems to fit.
The T/E strip of wood is too thick for the wing!

Aaaarrrhhhh help! I don't know what to do!

DAve, Look at my Phantom : http://www.rc-unionen.dk/nytforum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1798
Then you might get the idea.

glue all the balsa bits to the foam core edges, and the trim them to shape with a knife.....just make sure you dont remove too much wood..... then you sand it to the final shape.

Thats what I do anyway :-)

That's the way we all do it... at least the ones who don't have CNC equipment...

That's what these forums are for...

Just don't ask us how to sand a leading edge in to shape... you'll have to figure that one out by yourself...

SJN!
Did your Hawk kit come with Templates for underside markings?

I can't find any with mine!

They don't look too complex, so it might just be a case of masking tape and white paint!

SJN,

Are you sure the Eurofighter (prop jet) is from Graupner? I can't find one!

great, saw a Eurosport yesterday painted in the real gloss black scheme.
It looked fantastic. It had a Jetcat P120 and a smoke system.
Flies off grass no probs.
It was the 1st ever gas turbine jet i've seen and certainly impressed me and everyone else. We all landed so we could see it fly. It saw off a couple of full size aircraft too!
it belonged to Jeremy Mcmillian of England!

Please keep me posted if you get one.

Cheers
Dave
