Anybody know how you can un-warp or un-bow a wing that is sheeted foam?

Ewwwwwww!

Do you have the original blocks that the foam cores were cut from?

Well, I'm looking at buying a plane to build that comes with pre-sheet foam wings. I do believe they come wrapped in the foam block though that they are cut out of.

I'm just a bit concerned as some people have reported their wings as having a bit of bow in them so I was wondering if there was a way to fix this if caught.

Don't know the fix for an actual warp, but watch for wings with a built-in wash-out (twist) which you would not want to remove.

If it is a new kit and the wing comes pre-sheeted and is warped, I would tell them to replace it. They should.

If you are talking about a warp (twist) in a sheeted wing, there is one thing you can try. Make a series of parallel slits in the sheeting, from root to tip, using a NEW blade. The wing will lose all resistance to twisting. Block the wing to whatever twist it is meant to have (remember the washout!) and squirt some very thin glue into the slits. Aliphatic resin is good for this, don't use regular CA on a foam core! When it sets, the wing should retain whatever twist you put into it.

This is mainly used to remove unwanted warps from wings that have been stored over winter, but there is no reason why it won't work on new wings as well. Obviously it works better on balsa sheeted wings than obechi sheeted, and you will still be left with a series of slits and glue ridges that need to be carefully sanded smooth. But it is a lot easier than replacing a warped wing.

Don Lowe recomended a method similar to Steve's in RCM several years ago, using a single diagonal slit on top and bottom, in an "X" orientation.
