Status: offline 		For months I have been drinking coffee bought from my local gas station on the way to work. Same routine every day. Stop get some coffee and smokes. An uneventful day as usual. I had never really looked at my coffee cup lid, other than to be annoyed by the way the lid was constructed that prohibited me from drinking my coffee with ease. So I normally just tear the tab off the lid and throw it in the passenger seat floor. Well, today, I got back from lunch and what do I see there?

Yes the tab on the floor....

Let me just show you with a picture..


This are well suited for modifying the fuse with an almost weightless little vent.

It will work great with most foamies as a ventilation mod.

Status: offline 		finger nail Emory boards are excellent for doing detail sanding on depron and CF88

dead skin foot files work great too for shaping.

rubber bands for clamps.

I saw where one modeler uses fine nylon cheese cloth type mesh and lightly sprays it with 3M77 then lays it on the plane then mixes one part water with 2 parts tite bond wood glue and paints a thin layer on the mesh then sands it after it cures for extra strength and a nice slick paint job.
I am going to experiment with this my self.

and you can use scrap pieces of inside corner trim molding for sanding contours on leading edges and such by spraying the back of the sand paper with adhesive then sticking it to the trim molding the plastic outside corner molding is good for making leading edges on symetrical wings because it is virtually made from the same raw material as depron foam.

Bamboo skewers, paper clips and shrink tube


you will need to get a pair of jewlrey loop pliers,
You can find these pliers at Wally World in the crafts section
