I am looking to get a tail boom and landing gear uprade for my CX3, would you guys suggest the ones from boomtownhobbies.com or the ones from flyrcrivesud.com?

Definitely flyrcrivesud. I haven't tried the boomtown product. I have flown the flyrcrivesud full upgrade package for several months and love it.

So you bought the Zero Blades Strike Core kit too, with the longer inner and outer shafts?  How does that affect the flying?  How is it overall?  Also was the tail boom simple to attach? And is it stable?

How is the tail boom specifically? Is there alot of tail wobble while flying? Any at all?

Hi guys,

this is my first CX post, as I don't have my CX3 too long yet (I am actually more of a L4 guy)

As for tail boom and landing gear - my suggestion is DIY ...

Tailboom & landing gear from Xtreme: roughly 38$
Tailboom & landing gear from boomtown roughly 30$
Tailboom & landing gear from flyrcrivesud roughly 30$

Tailboom DIY with CF tailfin: roughly 17$
Landing gear Diy roughly 5$

All those prices do NOT take S&H into account!!

I have tuned my system to minimal twitch, this is not to say zero twitch. I don't know if zero twitch is possible. If some has made it happen, I would love to hear about it.
