read on a few other forums that OFNA was replacing the pull starts on the Hyper 8. These guys were saying that they just sent a receipt to OFNA and they sent them a new one. Might be worth checking out.

how is the performance and tuning of the 8 port..? is it also hard to break it in?

The 8 port is hella hard to break in, it is VERY tight at first. As for pull starts, i just picked up another today, my lhs got some in. Guess what. It broke after half of a tank. You have no idea how pissed off i am. I spent 25 bucks for a cheap little pull starter and it breaks just as soon as i get it on my damn truck. I hate ofna...
