Winger_BC -> Anyone know anything about this oil? (6/30/2003 11:19:00 AM)

About 15 years ago a local modeler, who I cannot locate now, imported a drum of oil from Australia to Canada to mix his own fuel. After testing it I purchased a few gallons and I am very pleased with it. I cannot be sure but I believe it was called Glo-Glide FX-10 It mixes with alcohol at 5% to a U.S. gallon. I've used it since and my 2 strokes are still running strong and I never use after-run oil. I just took out an OS 61 from mothballs and it runs as smooth as the day I put it away. Sure would like to see if anyone knows anything about this oil. Specs would be nice. Also does anyone know of a good Synthetic oil that can be used other than Klotz Super Techniplate. It should be readily available in North America, Canada preferred. I've been looking at racing Motorcycle oils but can't find one that is appropriate. Appreciate any help
