This already 5 gals on it so is already pass the break in period.
So here is the problem: I start the engine runs for 5 to 15 second and die . The glow fuel is flowing. What I need to do : .

If your engine will run only a few seconds and then die, you may have a problem with fuel contamination, a restriction in the fuel system somewhere, dirt in the carb/needle valve assmbly, a bad glow plug, and so on. You'll have to check the entire engine/fuel system combination to see what the problem might be.
