The red balance lead came off the battery side of my Flightmax 2200 3s lipo. I would like to resolder it myself, if possible, as opposed to the long delay of sending back to China. Can you tell me if it solders to the same pad as the positive battery lead? Also, any soldering tips or shortcuts from personal experience, would be helpful.

Status: offline 		Soldered red balance lead to positive battery lead. Seemed like the easiest/least invasive repair.

Status: offline 		I've had this same problem also Ken, only with the 2200 3S packs though. I have several others, and have had no problems whatsoever. What I did after resoldering the wires was to take a small nylon ziptie and strap the balance harness to the power leads to keep them from bending. I haven't had any issues since.
