Any thoughts on these engines, I 'm looking for a strong 35 to put in my Magic.

Does OS make a 35FX? If you're looking for a powerful, light engine in this displacement range, look into the TT Pro-36. It's an absolute bargain at $80 and runs every bit as well (if not better) than the OS 32SX or Webra 35.
