Status: offline 		Anyone have any better ways of beveling honeycomb (to close out the sandwich skins smoothly) than plain old sanding?

Status: offline 		You can get a diamond edged cut-off wheel for nomex and regular cut off wheels for the aluminum cores. Just dont tell the wife how much you just paid for that little diamond cut-off wheel.

Status: offline 		If you are using nomex core and it is pre-bonded to one skin, the angle can be trimmed with a utility Knife or a chisel type x-acto blade. Use some type of guide to maintain a constant angle and be careful not to cut into the ply.
