Thanks gor the reply, and sorry, but I'm still confused.  Firstly, my retailer is your company through Ikaris.  Secondly, you included a diagram with lots of cables/wires/attachments, and yet told me I need the "adapter" while in your diagram nothing is labeled an "adapter."

The adapter cable I was referring to is the Y-adapter cable that goes between the usb interface cable and your JR/Spektrum radio. The link for the adapter cable for JR/Spektrum/Futaba is given here http://www.ikarus-modellbau.de/onlineshop/usa_old/index.php?sid=6d38c05f5657e998e575ec5022004bf2&cl=details&cnid=217&anid=2c4446c15cd8ca088.63839801 Different types of radio will require specific type of adapter. Thanks for your feedback and I will channel it to Ikarus

How did you do the installation? Have you applied the latest patch 5.1.0.5?

Before installing the main program and patch on Mac OSX, users must have Administrator rights on the computer. To set Administrator rights in the Mac OS follow these steps:
1) From the Apple Menu select “System Preferences...”
2) Click the “Users” icon
3) Double-click on the user’s name to edit the user’s settings
4) Click the “Password” tab
5) Check the “Allow user to administer this computer” box. Disable any "guest" account.
6) Click “OK” Log out and Log back in (from the Apple menu) to make the changes take effect.
Note Only a user with administration privileges can make the changes listed above.
Here's a useful link on how to set the admin rights http://turbotax.intuit.com/support/kb/installing/installation/2190.html

I'm closing this thread but I'll leave it here for reference. For any questions regarding AF5, please start your own thread. Thanks
