Hi,
I removed canopy from my 1/4 scale Giles 202, installed plate to which another plate on soft mounts holds palmcorder (old Canon).
Before take off I switch recording and fly about 15 min.
Camera shoots through prop. Generally picture and sound is good. Only when accellerating or decellerating the engine ,picture becomes distorted (skewed parallel lines). Can this be cuased by to hard camera mounting brackets.

Depends on what you mean by skewed parallel lines. If they are black actual lines (/////) but more horizontal than that and are crawling either upwards or downwards its the prop strobing with the imager.

If you mean the actual image is distorted into wavy lines then that is vibration.
