 Could somebody let me know what board should be in new #3838-1 Pesrshing, opened mine and it has rx-13 board. Is this right????

Only if it was advertised as having an RX-14 or RX-18 in it. If you bought a "Smoke and Sound Pershing" then thats what you got.
