I mean heck it is the 4th of July, I expected at least "Hey nice fireworks" or "Looks like one of those plastic models after we stuck a firecracker in it as kids"...geez...not even a small heckle was heard.

Really the worst part about this crash was me caught on tape, screaming like a little girl! "I DON'T HAVE IT! I DON'T HAVE IT! I DON'T HAVE IT!" Never knew my voice could go that high!! :eek:

Or my 2 year old daughter yelling right afterwords, "OH NO!! Daddy!!! YOU CRASHED THE BIG RED AIRPLANE! YOU OKAY?!?" Never heard her say it, when I was out there, but afterwords watching the tape, that's about the only thing I could find worth keeping. Didn't really want to hear voice voice do that high pitch thing again!! :)

Back when I was into radio, as a disk jockey, I emcee'd a contest with another guy once, and I had a clip from "Another One Bites the Dust" cued up at all times, and would blast it out, whenever someone stuffed one in. It finally did upset this one guy though... so I kinda layed off it, after that. Some people get WAY upset. Whenever I crash one myself, I have to laugh... it may be delayed, but I laugh. It's the only way to keep from crying, sometimes :D I personally always welcomed the wisecracks, especially if they're funny. These days, I wait for the pilot's reaction first, unless I know them really well.
