I have some 600 or so NiMh AA batteries. I got a VERY good deal on them. I'm trying to measure the capacity of each battery to match them for various battery packs. I'm using a "BC900" AA charger, which measures capacity, but only spits out 4 batteries every 2 days. This is going to take me years.

Is there a relatively cheap way I can match batteries in "bulk"?

Right, it is very tedious work and involes far more labor than the cells are worth. It also doesn't take into account the self-discharge rate of the cells (unless you do many more tests)

The maha 9000 or bc 900 is the best thng going for doing them anyways. One thing I've done to save time is to charge a large batch of them in series and then pull a certain minimum amount of capacity from them in series. After that they can be discharged the rest of the way individually and the two figures added together. It makes it somewhat more complex though with a lot of writing.
