Have you clicked on "view my account" and the "check" it should give you a tracking number for Hong Kong post and the status.....................you may have already done that.................was the item in stock, was there a payment issue?

Shipping is also slowing down at this time of year. Hi-Model is the only site to acknowledge this and give a warning as such.

I have been buying from H-K for the last few years and have NEVER had a problem. Their products are top notch and ship EMS right to your door (P.O. rings the door bell and hands you your stuff!).

Seems like their account updates run 2-3 days behind. I usually get Air Mail orders from them in 13-14 days to southern Indiana. Never had a problem. Just be patient.

I ordered some stuff a few weeks ago and it took 8 days to reach my door using the Express air method. It usually costs about 50% more to do this, i placed an order three days ago and the basic shipping charge was $20 and the upgrade to Express air was $31 total. Its worth the extra $11 to me.

$5.00 Shipping? I think that means your priority to get shipped goes down to the very bottom of the list. If you read the fine prints about the shipping time frame, anything not shipped by HongKong EMS Post takes approx 6-30 days specially when shipped internationally.

Yes, when ordering from them, go ahead and pay for good shipping. Even paying a lot more for shipping, you are still saving money compared to when buying from other places. I bought two lipo's and a few other things and paid less including shipping that it would have cost to buy one lipo from somewhere else.

I second using their EMS option.
The other thing with them, is that out of stock items can slow an order right down. You could be waiting a month for all items to come in, and then, a couple of days for them to pack it, and then up to 45 days for it to arrive airmail. I'm not sure how their "airmal" works

EMS is good though.

I'm waiting on a package that I ordered on 12/Nov, was released from their HK warehouse on 16 Nov, and "is being processed for departure from Hong Kong as of 20-Nov-2009."

So I'm hoping to get that one before Christmas

In the meantime, I ordered more stuff from them today, but have it coming EMS. I suspect it will get stuck in their packing queue for a while... earlier on in the year, my first package from them took about 2 hours from order to packed, but it's getting busy !
