well we'll start with me i jsut got in the sport and im 15 and have been flying wtih a trainer pushing everylast bit of energy out of that os 40 la theres not much in it but i decided to make a big jump and go right ahead and get a gr corsair .40 put a TT .46 pro swinging a 3 blade 11 x9 it was a rocket well flew it about 10 times then one day i had a problem iwth elevator flutter so landed fixed it tooke it back up and dived again and this time it didnt come back up full throttle into the only hard thng out htere a storm drain well shes gone now and what happend was the nylon connector form the pushrod wellt eh little pin had snappend jsut a bit probablyu cuase of the flutter and i hadnt noticed before i took off again and in flight it broke well thats my story

Sorry to hear that. I am guessing the plastic connector was a clevis. They make metal ones for future referece.

yea i jsut forgot the name of it thanks a ton yea i went with the nylon clevis because of the itme but i guess its not worth it in the long run

Every ARF and new kit I have seemed to come with cheap hard plastic clevises. They should either put in good stuff or none at all to prevent accidents like what happened to you. As habit, every new kit or arf I buy, I either order metal hardware or respected flexible hardware such as Robart or Dubro. It's well worth the extra cost.

Yea, I agree. I lost a brand new Ultra Stick because the nylon elevator clevis came off!
