Status: offline 		I had good luck using a spray cleaner that is used to clean solder flux from electronic equipment. Don't remember the name. It isn't cheap but worked fine for me.

Status: offline 		When you say you're gonna scrap it - I hope you mean clean it up, oil it liberally, wrap in cloth & then keep forever.

I have this horrible vision of the dear old engine clanging on the botton of the garbage bin.

Please keep it for your engine collection !!!!
