Just wondering if anyone has done that and has any tips. dremel wouldn't really work cus there'd be a gap where it sliced through.. would lexan scissors work? or maby tracing it with an exacto till it goes through? and should I do this before painting or after? thanks

exacto is probably your best bet.
totaly do that before painting, and be sure to mask off the outside of the body before painting so you dont get over spray on the outside.

I would do it after painting, use an exacto knife, and why do you want to do this?
