Hi Arnold,

The materials are:
2.5 mm Balsa covered with thin fiberglass cloth.
6 mm carbon tubes.
0.6 mm carbon plate.

The CG is now 7 mm behind the wing tube (19.5 mm behind the center of the wing tube).

When you changed to q80 (#281) you used a cfk 2mm? Material, and plywood for distance. Did you hat any problems only with a front mounting?

The plane has now 1,100 flights with no problems only with a front mounting.

Saving 34.4 gram – (124.2 – 89.8).

The new parts were made by Mr. Peter Haase from Germany, Thank you Peter!!!

The temperatures measured with the original parts were: Min. 24 degrees Celsius, Max. 63 degrees Celsius, warm-up 39 degrees Celsius.

The temperatures measured with the Peter's parts were: Min. 22 degrees Celsius, Max. 67 degrees Celsius, warm-up 45 degrees Celsius.

I fink he sales the kit for 25 Euro.
