With my Mag57, M5 Znoah 260 at this time I am in 44mph and not so lean, in my first vid was 41mph but I am pretty sure the engine is still breaking in, check my vids at www.youtube.com/user/cgd2175 .
I am waiting for my "Onboard E-Starter II", this will add some weight but is OK with me for the convenience.
Congrats and enjoy is an excelent boat!!!

My 3rd channel is always a KillerRc, killer bee switch.

Remote 3rd channel engine kill option if anything goes wrong such as a "runner" with the carb stuck open, if you flip the boat or just bringing it to the dock you can cut the engine...etc

Nice pics, looks like a hairy ride in that mono! LOL

I'm going to try and go to LA in Aug, that would be a good time
Pond tomorrow to break in the Super Gator.

I don't have my boat stand yet or noodles in the hull so I'll just take it easy.
:-)

Very nice on the Radio, I won't run anything besides Futaba

funny thing... I always went back to the Stock prop that comes on the WHH boats.
Durable, no prep necessary and always worked perfect in all aspects/waters.

Great boat, thinking about the inline twin for mine. Need for Speed. Great in rough water too.

Pyro1,

I have a quick question about your throttle linkage. I just bought a used Magnum57 in great shape, but I did notice my throttle cable was alittle messed up. How is the white ball end connector fastened to the cable?

I thought that was just molded to the cable, for me if it's messed up I would just get a new one.

If you want to fix it somebody probably knows if there is a glue or clamp you could use

Perfect, thanks.

Any tips on how to break in my new RCMK engine? I'm new to these gas boats. I also need to prime the water pump before the maiden, tips?
