Nice job of straddling those "bomb craters" in the last pic. Looks deep enough to make it difficult to ride out if you went in. We only have a dusting of snow right now, too bad as I want to take some action pics and maybe a vid if my Sherman, Bulldog, even my DAK style PIV.

Awesome guys. I admit I had reservation when ordering it and even more so when I realized I have to stick steer it. However I got used to it pretty good and can move it around smoothly without the clunky turns. Though it hads no proportional speed control it feels good just to open it up top speed and let it fly. This Tank is tougher than it feels or looks. The suspension was put through a rough time and it worked great. It ranks up there with a HL or Mato so your going to enjoy it for mods or just having plain fun. If I had of thought of it I could have made the battery compartment such that I could have fit 2 of my Dreadnought 3000 mah batteris standing side by side and bank them for 6000mah. Basically run for several hours. At this time of year I would need Thermal longunderwear and lots of hot coffee. I will be testing this Tank out in various snow conditions to see how it handles. So far I am very pleased with this model. I can't wait to get the Leopard from HE. Have both the Abrams and the Leopard running side by side flat out over the snow. Glad you enjoyed the pics and video.

I got this one at http://www.otherlandtoys.co.uk/rc-abrams-m1a2-desert-tank-p-2009.html
However you can get it at www.JHCHOBBY.com
I contacted JHCH HOBBY to find out their cost for shipping to Canada. I gave them my costs when I orderd from the U.K. I am hoping they can give me a much better deal. If not I will order from otherlandtoys .
This Tank will get the upgrades as it goes along. Right now I don't have the time or funds to begin the mods yet. So in the meantime it's running as is and get more video.
Next outing will have to try and get the camera mounted on the Tank and get video.

I did a simulation order and the S&H is 68$ to Canada (and 104$ with EMS). Way to high. The S&H for my Savage was only 34$ from USA to Canada.

Yes it is way to high. Last time I ordered from Raiden Tech it cost me 55.00 U.S for shipping of my Tiger Tank. I was not happy with that.
Shipping is very expensive these days .
