Sorry I do not. Litco is based in Pennsylvania. They make a product called the Alpha 4. Excellent charger, but it takes about 18 months to get one. It is also very limited its charge rate and battery type.

Your statement is true, up to the point you said it is limited in battery type. I have not found a battery that my Alpha 4 will not charge properly.

The Litco is a fine charger, but it is marketed poorly, and the construction appears to be shoddy inside. There are chargers out there with more charging capacity, for less money. I use my Alpha 4 primarily now for cycling batteries, for that purpose it is unmatched. Since I have moved up to giant scale it no longer fills my requirements for a charger.
