Took my delta vortex to the field and noticed when running the super tiger 90 at near full or full rpm the plane has a mine of it's own. This is a new happening - all other flights smooth before last Sunday and w/o interference. When the vortex would do somthing crazy - I could cut the throttle and she would calm down and fly ok. Placed the plane on the bench - cranked it up. Went full throttle and periodically the elevons would move at random, the left one up and the right one down. Reduce the rpm and elevons are steady. The servos are strong when tugging to check for movement. Nothing is striped out or sloppy. RX battery is a fresh 1400mha with 5.1 volts when checked. Set up with 4-40 hardware and 6" from servo to elevon. I think the 60 size Vortex calls for standard servos - however I put a 615MG on each elevon. I am using the 7X transmitter and 7 channel supreme on receiver. I pulled the rx out and tapped on the receiver lightly with the TX turned on and close by - I did see slight movement on the vortex surfaces indicating possible bad rx. The engine throttle is connected with a nylon connector on thr o.s. 7d carb as well as the nylon servo arm. Any ideas or thoughts???

It sounds like a cracked ceramic filter in the receiver. Send it in and we'll check it out.

Mike.
