Hello!

I was just wondering how and RCV .60 Sp corresponds to two stroke engines. The reason for asking is that I'm considering bying one for use in a .40 Cambrian Spitfire Mk IX will this be overkill or too heavy? The current engine is an OS .46FX

TIA

Thanks for your interest in the RCV60SP.

The 60SP is similar to conventional 4-strokes of the same capacity. This would compare to a 40 - 46 2-stroke, so should certainly suit your application.

With regard to weights etc, the 60SP will be heavier. If you click on the following link you can view the full specifications of the 60SP which should help your comparison.

If I can be of any more help, don't hesitate to contact me.

Best regards
Laurenne
