Most of the guys who I fly pattern with in Chicago use Futaba. I have the JR 10X and they look down on me. I love this kind of stuff cause I really beleive I've got the better radio.JR doesn't stand for Junk radio but Just right!!!

I think he was offered a sponsership and he took it. It's just business and I wouldn't read too much into it. You think Michael Jordon only wore Nike sneakers and Tiger Woods actually drives a Buick...

Cheers!

Hmmmm, maybe I should go over to his house and ask him if he would give me all his "old" Futaba gear.

Best of all, you Futaba guys still have ME!!!
I don't really mind, cause when you look at the 10X and the 9ZAP, they look very similar, and basically have the same functions.

Both JR and Futaba are great radios. You couldn't go wrong buying either one.
Quique, Jason, Christophe, etc. will kick ass with a basic 4 ch. radio, no matter what brand it is.

Hey Reb you sound just like the guys in my club. I know that it's a dumb argument but it's kind of fun. Both radios work great it's just that JR digital servos are superior to Futabas.
