Bolter -> Problem switching frequencies, Eclipse 7 (7/9/2003 11:18:34 PM)

Hi Mike,
I'm having a problem switching freqs with my Eclipse 7. Most of my planes are running hitec rec's on ch 17. Tried a new superslim rec with ch38 and set module to 38 . Servos powered up but no response. Checked my settings, neg shft, etc. No go. Pulled a 17 crystal out of another rec and reset module to 17 and seemed to work fine. Went back to 38 and reset module to 38, again no response.
What do you suggest? I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. Nearest service?

Thanks, Bolter

Have you tried any other crystals. You could have a bad #38. It would be best to send it to us directly in the USA for warranty repair.

Mike.

Bolter, I'm posting this not to insult your intelligence; it's just that I made this mistake once. Did you make sure that your not reversing the digits? For example what I thought was channel 32 was actually 23.
