I just got my JR XS3 Radio and can't wait to try it out. I want to put rechargables in it and get a charger that plugs directly into the radio but the manual does not list one. The Horizon Hobby (JR) site has a couple but they do not say which models they will work with. Does anyone use one with this radio? If so which charger. The two listed at Horizon are:

http://horizon.hobbyshopnow.com/products/description.asp?prod=JRPC221

http://horizon.hobbyshopnow.com/products/description.asp?prod=JRPC222

Also, anyone have a particular brand of AAA rechargables they have had good experience with?

Thanks ...

Well it depends what mah you are going to use. the second one is for rechargables w/ a higher mah, and the first for lower.

Thanks ... So if I go with batteries like the following, I should go with the higher MAH?

Any preference between NiCad or NiMH for the TX?

Thanks
