I have this problem with my 4pk, when I have run my car in reverse the 4pk stays in reverse. Not at full reverse but just enough to make the car go slowly in reverse even when i not touch the throttle control.
The only way to make it go away is to give full throttle forward and let go of the throttle trigger fast.

It stays at this point in reverse:

How do i fix this? It is not a software glitch, I have reset it and adjustet it the way it's described in the manual. But it does not get any better!
I do think this is a hardware failure.

The worst thing is that this is almost a new remote, only 6 months old. And I ordered it over ebay from the US, so NO warenty in Norway where I live!

Hoping for help
Have a nice day!

No one knows why this happens? Why do my 4pk get stuck in reverce even though I let go of the throttle trigger?

Got one thing wrong in first post, got i from HK not US. That makes it even more difficult to get it serviced in norway.

You can use the sub-trim to center the channel. However, if the channel is far off when sub-trim, trim, and the trigger are all at neutral, then it may need to be sent to your Futaba service center to have the controls recalibrated.

I have used the sub-trim to center the channel. This do not take care of the problem. There arn't anything wrong with the software part of the controll. It seems as its hardware related.

No, the software in the transmitter needs to be recalibrated to the physical positions of the hardware. It's in the software.

Ok, I see

How do I go forward to get this done? Must I contact someone in Norway? Is it under warranty from Futaba beeing so new?
Must I contact the original retailer? What about that warranty note that came with the transmitter, do that meen that I can send it directly to Futaba?

It all depends upon where the transmitter was purchased. That's where you'll find warranty service. Since it's from Hong Kong, you'd have to contact the seller to see where they send systems to get warranty repair. Likely, you'd have to send directly to the Japanese service center for warranty service.
