Steve,

Now that is a cool job. What you need to send up there is a good mechanic so he can make sure they can get back safe and sound.

I've been a mechanic for over 30 years. Also every test I've taken either I finished first or in the top 1/4 percent for the nation. Also I had to beat out 30,000 people to get my job. They only hired 2 mechanics I was number 1.

Now if you need somebody to make sure your people get back give me a call.

Currently Semi-retired, still do some compuer consulting.
Working back ran my own computer consulting business for 15 years.
Before that built radio control equipment for 17 yrs. (Royal Radios)
Prior to radios control business, worked at Honeywell Denver as Electronics Purchasing for 7yrs.
Airforce pilot 3 1/2 yrs , currently building a model of last Air Force airplane I flew, F-94C in 27FIS Rome, NY.

I am a retired person. Having a hobby makes retirement life very fulfilling. If you have a hobby like building and flying model airplanes, you will never refer to yourself as being bored. So many retired people are bored because they sit around all day watching TV. This hobby keeps your mind active. I am a retired school Principal.

Now why do you wanna go and be like that? Most of my discussions are R/C oriented. Most people on here are smart enough to overlook a little babble that may get thrown in a discussion every once in awhile. Please lets not make mountains out of a Mole Hill Mr. Moderator. I am truly sorry if you were offended by my off topic remarks. I hope my comments don't cost you any sleep, and you are able to look past this most horrible lasp of judgement on my part. I won't be able to fly my Plane this weekend with a clear conscience unless you come back on here and tell me that all is forgiven.

when a thread gets worn down those things happen to pop up, and it keeps the thread in the first viewing page until somebody with actual usefull coments comes in and gets it back on track. those little side tracked things are good. if everybody ran out of things to say, and nobody went on babbling, the thread would slowly go down the list until it is far enough back that nobody bothers to search for it.
