Countersunk allen bolts and thread the other end plate, all sorted

pretty much finished now just need to get shaft rod for the output shaft

here's all the bits and pieces



ass-embling the end caps





installing spider gear rods





installing gears







installing cover







installin sprocket and brake disc , spacers and main bearings and done

cheers guys
it is binding alittle at one point of the spider gears rotation.. no real biggy i would think a drill on one shaft and a bit of valve grinding paste all over the gears would fix all that lol but ill check anyways ...it may just be a "out of center" bore in one of the outdrive gears....

i am going to put up all the drawings and measurments etc (plans i guess you can call them) but i just want to test it first incase it flys apart lol
