I have an old Enya 45 BB engine (1970s). Is there a problem running it on today's 10% glow fuel.

Thanks

I ran these engines in the early 70's on 22% all castor fuel. They had a softer sleeve compared to contemporary engines of the day, ( OS, Merco, etc) and did not tolerate lean runs. I would use a commercial fuel containing at least half castor and add a couple ounces of castor to the gallon.

I have a new sleeve and rings for the Enya 45 BB plus some serviceable pistons etc if you should need them.
